David Lawler is a graduate of Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, and of the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. Practiced in residential real estate closings since his admission to the Georgia Bar in 1999, David has focused on residential closings since June 2000 and has performed an estimated 10,000 closings to date.

David has an easy style at the closing table, infusing his warm humor and good nature into a speedy and informative closing. At the end of a closing, everyone knows what they have signed and has had a great time completing the transaction. David is passionate about providing exceptional customer care.

David is very active in the local business community.  He has twice served as President of the Hamilton Mill chapter of BNI.  He currently serves as a Board Member of the Dacula Hamilton Mill Kiwanis Club.   He is a musician and movie fanatic.

Born in Texas and being a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, Nikki is a long-time Georgia resident. She previously worked as a mortgage loan processor for brokers in Gwinnett County. As such, she is keenly attuned to the typical hurdles encountered during the application and underwriting stages of a loan. She is always quick to reply to client needs and requests. Her hobbies include swimming, cookouts and following the drama that is NASCAR.
